Shipping Policy

Products are shipped under these guidelines.

• Order processing

​ ​Orders placed before 4pm will be processed same day and dropped off at the shipping carrier the following day Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm, Saturdays, and Sundays will be dropped off at the shipping carrier the following Monday.

​ ​*Increase in order volume can cause processing and shipping delays

• Shipping options

​ ​Currently we are only using USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail options.

​ ​*We are currently working on expanding shipping options to include Express Shipping options and other carriers.

• Shipping costs

​ ​We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99

​

​ ​*For orders under $99 we will charge a flat shipping fee of $9.99

​

• Order tracking

​ ​Once packages are scanned into the carrier’s system, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep track of your package during shipment.

​

• Lost or damaged packages

​ ​If a package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact our service department on the next steps.

​

• International shipping

​ ​We currently do not ship Internationally. If the address on the order is not with in the United States of America, the order will be cancelled with a full refund.
